If you ordered occasionally, you will now need to create a whole new account. Make your order thank you, and fill in the info and Create an Account and you are done forever. Your account will be saved!
If you previously had a scheduled “auto order” with us, you have to go and Reset your password – for a new Login
and you will see a space to enter your email/username, under “LOST PASSWORD”
- Enter your email address in the “Username or email” field
- Check your email – look for Password Reset Request for Smithfarms 100% Pure Kona Coffee
- Click on the link in the email
- Enter a new password
